Warm up with Daniel for the Sprint at Lossiemouth - another nice warm day! :D

Sprint time :D started in the urban bit really well, good control flow and all that....... Then I got to the forest bit... Didn't readjust to the different terrain and ended up missing controls all over the place - rightly a minute lost at #10 (first in the forest) with a further minute lost at #13 where I just bounced around over two paths for ages with no real clue which part of the path I was on. Final minute lost at #15 where I just ran slightly off my bearing to the right of the control.... Another minute! -.-

Fair amount of time behind Sasha/Daniel, drew with Tam (very close - I punched the start and finish 1s after him!) but comfortably still ahead of the M16's :)

Middle course - ran well for the most of it.... Seriously slow into one of the controls in the middle of green and slightly off :P

Smashing around the small course with Daniel - we mass started - I made a dodgy route choice to #2, he got 18m on me... He slightly missed #6... 8m's ahead... He did a dodgy route out of the last control and only just got me by a second! I almost had him! ;)

Nice long course... Caught all M16's up except Finlay Todd who started just that bit too far ahead of me ;) (5mins?) mucked up one I was almost certain was slightly in the wrong place...! ;)

2 sets of (2 x 600m then 4 x 300m) :) good weather other than the wind for once! :D

Times: 1:40, 1:43, 45, 47, 47, 48 - 10 min break - 1:43, 1:42, 47, 45, 46, 41 :)

Could have been quicker but with JK coming up, scotjos this weekend and everything coach thought I should take it easy :) - well... Other than the last one ;)

Fairly low times, fairly fast - good session :)

Felt tired before... Really surprised when I hit out 26's :)
