Trail Running 35:00 [3] 5.5 km (6:22 / km)

6 am run as I knew it was a now or never run, first time I have run this early in a long time! Felt good to start, 1 km in stopped to stretch, at about 3 km had to stretch out left calf but it didn't really help, muscles around shin still very tight and sore.

Pilates - just got home and already feeling it! Lots of shoulder and oblique work.

Did a loop of the ARX nav training and then race a few extra kms that are much needed!

Corridor training set up by Meghan followed by some quick sprints in a maze and control punching exercise. Was set up for the ARXers but as per usual drivers were allowed to participate! :)
