Last night my heel really started to hurt. So I limped around for a while. I decided to roll it on a lacrosse ball figuring I would try to work out whatever muscle is tight. There was a sharp pain when I did that, so I looked at my heel and I had something in it. Then I remembered when I had my boots on Saturday, stacking wood at a friend's, I had something poke me in the heel. So, I spent a half hour trying to dig it out. Finally got it! Ugh!! Still sore, but nothing like last night...maybe I didn't get it all?
At least it’s not a new running injury, lol!!
