Map needs up dating. To many tracks. 3rd time MBO and I didn't enjoy this map at all.. Average speed 13km/hr. Max speed 55km/hr(downhill). Watch says 1hr.38 mins so I must have stopped for a total of 20 mins nearly.

No cycling this morning as wet. Did get a bike fit on my new second hand mountain bike. Specilized, elite MYKA. Cleats put on all ready for tomorrow's MTO.
This afternoon have O sprint training for schools team.
