Little bit of bouldering. Finished a few V3's, arms were tired.

Run 1:15:39 [3] 6.8 mi (11:08 / mi) +156m 10:23 / mi

Met up with W4J for a fun trail run. Started at Bandameer and she showed us a connector trail over to Leslie, then looped around Birds Hill. Legs felt pretty good. Wore a light pack - full water bladder and some frisbee discs.

Cooper's streamer course at Brighton.

Kind of a chilly day. 30's, windy and snowflakes.

My navigation was pretty clean throughout. Drifted too far W headed to 3, but I corrected once I saw the water. Enjoyed the surprise at 7! And the marsh crossing wasn't nearly as bad as I was expecting. Exited poorly from a few controls, 13 was the worst.
