Canal run. Really pleased with this run as maintained the pace in spite of feeling tired legged. Ran it 8 min faster than i've ever ran it before. Tough towards the end as I tired.

Run home from work half road half trail. No issues legs feel good, no tiredness. Completed x8 stride outs following run. Again no issues. No gym session this evening as sleep tired. Pace was 8.56 min miles

Moderate run to Keele Uni. 32 mins to get there, then completed diagnols x8 using pitch. 5.50 pace (felt comfortable, concentrated on form). Run home, so total session was 1hr 10 mins. Rushed this session as v short on time unusually. Recovery between diagnols was rushed and certainly legs felt more tired with the short recovery (compared to the last time I did this session). Run home after was fine. Few hills in too and managed to maintain the perceived effort level.

Ran mostly road to Apedale, then hit trail. Did hill session 6x15" with 2' recovery. Session a bit tougher than previous, probably due to terrible weather, and steeper hill. Really pushed the last 2 reps. Run home was ok, again a tired towards the end of the run, however no real issues, calf no problems.

Took it really easy. Started really super plod, then settled into a 10 min mile run. All flat. Feeling a faint pull in left calf, however once warmed up, dissipated. Generally felt/feel good.
