Cycle to Leek, legs tired so struggled on the climbs.

Trail run, planned a flat run, and ended up undulating in parts. Legs tired and struggled on any kind of incline. So a disappointing run really, however pleased to have kept going and pushing on.

23' warm up, tech exs 30 mins, 27' warm down. Included strides and stretches pre exs. Slow to warm up, bounced the first two sets however legs tired for the last two sets.

Run from work to gym. Run home from gym. Strideouts after both runs today, legs feel ok.

Feeling much fresher and motivation normal again. 20' easy, 10x 60" with 1 min rest. Averaged about 6.10 ish pace during the efforts, followed by easy run home with a long hill at the end. Felt it in calves during the 20 mins at the end.

Felt incredibly tired after work, motivation to run was 0 and just wanted to get to bed. So no run and early night.

moderate run on road. 5x hill sprints (miss counted how many i'd done, meant to do x6) then completed the run, more undulating and had a few steep hills. Legs not feeling as fresh today.

Run home from work, different route. Didn't feel as sluggish, however aching setting in more. Had been going faster then I'd thought, suprising really given how sluggish i'd felt this morning. Strideouts following both of today's runs felt good to get a little speed in legs if only briefly.
