Lanberris to Snowdon summit, then down to the start of the Watson path and back up Snowdon that way. Really pleaed wth this run, 8 mins faster than i've ever got up snowdon before and didn't feel like I was putting as much effort in as the aim was steady. Legs felt great until final run off Snowdon then started feeling it in quads on the way down. Mashed by the time hit the bottom, however post run they felt fine after about 30 mins of stopping. Pace was 15.14 min/mile average. Suunto recorded stopped time too.

Legs felt great, no tiredness at all. Poles used, steady consistent pace throughout. Felt depleted after 1hr 45, but legs still felt strong regardless. No probs to just keep going. Breathing was not laboured at any point, Super pleased. Didn't manage quite the ascent that I was aiming for and added on another half an hour in order to get nearer the ascent I have planned.

Easy run, heavy legged and took about 30 mins to warm up, relatively flat with a climb back up a hill to home. Stride outs followinjg run, felt great.

Really easy run, wanted to let legs recover as much as possible ready for the weekend. Felt better than this morning and were quicker to warm up.

20 mins moderate including 10 mins warm up. 11x1' (av about 6.30 pace) 1' easy, 21 min moderate. Great session. Did one rep to many by mistake as lost count..Not as tired by the last rep as I was last Thursday when I did this session.

10 mins easy as slow to warm up, then 25 moderate, hills 6x15 sec, 25 moderate. Legs felt good once warmed up, felt like i had to really attack the hill this evening, perceived effort greater than has been, last 25 mins leg felt great.

Road run to gym (40 mins) and then home 15 mins. Easy run, no tiredness felt in legs, however no climbs either.
