slightly longer than the 50 mins that had planned and difficult to not get drawn into others pace as ran with Janson, Beth, Ant and Dave. Legs feelinjg yesterdays runs a little with general tiredness.

Run to work (short on time) Legs feel ok, a little sluggish but moving ok.

Easy run from work a few little hills en route, legs felt much more tired than this morning. Slight soreness in Rt achilles, felt it yesterday too. Not worried about it at this stage, once warmed up didn't notice it.

Moderate run for 35 mins, then hill reps x6 for 15" followed by 15 min moderate run. Hard session as legs tired from Sunday, DOMS about 1/4 of what they were following Snowdon run, really pleased about that. First two reps easier and the last four pushed hard concentrated on form. Pleased to have completed the session as was not looking forward to it due to tired legs.
