Run in Welsh hills, strapped ankle and knee as wanted to avoid any risk of injury at all costs. Steady climbs and comfortable descents. No issues, legs felt ok, in terms of freshness and coped well.

Up early as travelling to Wales, wanted to run prior to going so I don't get roped into trying to run hills later. Will catch up on sleep this afternoon. Run was easy going on legs, suprisingly RT knee is still sore from the fall last weekend, feeling it on run this morning. Will keep my eye on it and will play it by ear for tomorrows longer run.

Easy 30 mins run on canal towpath. x6 hill reps 15" with 2'recovery.
Followed with 30 min easy run and x6Strideouts. Leg strength feels good, still some residual soreness, twinging in knees and lt ankle. Nothing major.

First run post SPTM. Legs feel great, it's only the cuts and bruises that caused me some discomfort. Strideouts x8 form 'off' a little as struggling with full range of movement in rt knee due to cut/bruise, so quality suffered a little. No real issues though.
