Llanberis - Snowdon - Rhyd ddu - Craig Wen, Yr Aron, Cribau Tregalan, Yr Wyddfa, Carnedd ugain - Llanberis. Tired from yesterday. So ended up hiking more than I had wanted to. Climbs were slow, but descending was less taxing, so put some efforts in the descents. No issues, warm day, fuelling went well. Heavy pack with tons of extra water.

Underestimated the time so ended up with a 4hr 30 ish run! Struggled to get the vert locally, however generally, felt great, felt strong on the climbs, hiked and jogged. Plenty of trail running en route too. Tired for the last 40 ish mins and so walked mostly then.

Easy canal run then x6 hill reps followed by easy run. Legs feeling good, hill reps seemed easier this week. No issues, wore Tempo Boost8's love them. Fit like a glove, can't tell i've got them on. Slept better last night too.

Run to Apedale, road/ trail with small undulations. Legs feeling good, no issues, followed run with strides. Motivation lower today.
