Run to fitness class, swift pace as felt like I wanted to feel some speed. No issues, legs felt great.

40 mins full body workout class, including planks, upperbody work, squats.

Easy run to and from work, Legs feel ok, still a little heavy, however all ok. Wore New Boston Boost shoe, another good choice, prefer the Tempo, as feet breathe a little easier in them, (however Boston Boost is the 5 model).
