Easy run, calf ok, feeling ache in it however not "pain". Soreness has moved up the calf now. Kept the millage lower in order to not over do it like I did yesterday.

Started easy and Rt calf felt like it was on the mend as not sore until I ran past 7.30 pace, so did an easier version of progressive run. Started mile 1 at 8.42 folloqws by 8.24, 8.19, 7.40, 7.30 and finished slower as had Porthill bank to climb so practically hiked it as pulling on calf and feeling it. So not as long as planned and not as fast as planned, however, pleased that calf seems to already to be on the mend. Sign it's nothing serious I guess :)

Rt calf sore, took it really slowly and got used to the soreness which seemed to ease as the run progressed and I warmed up. Pleased to have at least been able to run without feeling like I was making it worse. Didn't complete stride outs post run as don't want to do anything to exacerbate it. Annoyed is an understatement.

Easy road road, both calves a little sore, the right more than left. Otherwise, no issues.

20 mins easy. Calf pull on Rt again causing pain. Really pissed off.

Easy 20', 5x 5 mins @ threshold followed by 20' mins easy. Felt great for first 3 reps, however tired for 4/5 however really pleased with the session in spite of perceived effort as pace was maintained. Great run.

Warm up 15 mins, then 8x 30 secs speed variations with 2-3 mins recovery. Easy run to finish. Good session, feeling tons better, tiredness almost gone, however still sniffling/coughing a little. Otherwise all good

Missed run this morning as tired. 30 mins evening this evening followed by strengthening exs 30 mins, stretches. Legs feeling ok, still feeling a bit of general tiredness from cold, however well on the mend.
