Moderate trail run. Undulating, followed perceived effort rather than GPS. Very cold, wet and windy. No issues with calf other than a slight niggle, quads a little tired.

Progressive run: on trail with undulations so ran to perceived effort rather than a GPS. Calf, no problem, slight pulling, nothing more.

Mountain bike: 23.14 miles, undulating trail, 3hr moving time. Easy ride, no issues.

Walk: Fairfield horseshoe. 3.45 hrs moving time. Very easy walk.

Easy trail run, with x6 hill sprints, calf fine, still feeling it but better with every day.

Moderate run road/trail. warmed up quickly, and maintained a steady pace until tiring a little at the end. Calf pulling and sore, however no worse than it has been and certainly not any worse. Pleased to have been able to complete at between 7.30-8mpm

Easy road/trail run. Calf still pulling however getting less sore daily. Felt it more on the small inclines. Otherwise, ticking over ok. Managed x5 stride outs post run, although guarded and careful so as not to exacerbate the injury.
