Ran a steady six miles with regular hills and felt very comfortable with my running stamina.

Ran my 4 mile loop, felt some improvement today.

Ran the 4 mile loop I ran on Monday. Focused on running fast downhill on trails.

Preseason practice for wrestling. Starting to watch my weight and prepare for next season.

Ran a slow 4 mile loop on roads and trails. The last half mile was straight up-hill and required a massive amount of cardio and muscle to tackle. I will do this loop for the next 5 days and hopefully improve.
