Nic had to bail out of OMM so came to Leeds for some TLC.
Shortened long run for his legs but actually mine were feeling pretty naff as well.

Struggled a bit in all honesty so glad I wasn't doing another hour+ on this

3 sets of box jumps, squat and single leg.

Box push with 15kgs
lying hamstring curls

WU, 3 sets of kenyan hills 2min up, 90 sec down, 3 mins between sets, run back to car

Battling the light again so shorter than I wanted

Really muddy so slipping and sliding all over, got bored of this for the last rep on the last set so just had 1 minutes rest rather than running down

Swapping body clock back around to normal so took a bit of time to get going. Initially planning to do a standard golf course run but then saw how nice of a day it was.
Drove out to chevin at 20 to 5 with the sun starting to set already...
Beautiful sunset all over the valley, making it all pink then a beautiful vanilla twilight.
Then i got a bit dark.. no head torch as I think mines too bulky to fit in my bumbag/ be carried around. Wanted to do 10km but had to cut short.
Must get a larl head torch when in Sheffield next week

After lie in for nights prep, day after leg day at gym, was unsure if I would do a session but this convinced me to as felt alright once running

3 sets of 3x2min (30 sec) 3 mins between sets. Wussed out of 4th set as maaaajor DOMS. Around the golf course so wasn't flat, mix of gentle hills and down hill throughout/

Leg day with vickie. Right glute does seem weaker.
15 mins on hill climber, squats, deadlifts, hip thrust, one legged press downs, squats on smith machine and pulse squats on smith machine

Found heavier squats harder and hard to keep my chest open. Found dead lifts confusing
