20 @ 7.5, 20 @ 8, 15 @ 8.3, 5 @ 8.5, -2%.

Got it done with no leg problems which was the key, although it's seized up afterwards

95 cadence drilled in until last 5 mins.

Pulse pretty high still, last 20 was all Z4.

Fine.

Off the bike, bringing it steadily up to 8mph... leg started to hurt a bit at about 25mins, but otherwise ok.

30 x 100m with pb, 10 sec rest.

Probably not the best session to get the technique dialled back in on. 1.38-1.43ish... pretty scrappy though.

Easy on treadmill. 7.5-8ish. HR was crazy high.

A bit rushed.

3 x (2 x 5 mins hard, 1 x 5 min mod low cadence), 2 mins between reps

+ warm-up and down

Not a bad session, although resistance on the trainer wobbling about again.
