tjo, what should i say. it looks like i had to pay today for all the stuff i did this week. a lot of "movement" not much sleep ...! i had absolutely no power left for my intervals. already the first km in 3:22 caused a lot of pain. so i changed the planned 5 x 1km with 1min rest to 2 x 1000m, 1' break, 500m. between the sets 3' break. the big break didnt help. i got slower and slower. was fucking hot and some wind.
the bad thing is i am completely empty the good thing is that it looks like the hiking stuff is some "quite good" training. so no reason to worry to lose the shape! ;)
