Storset/Kolingseggi.

Took the bus to Oppheim because this was a trail still on my list to check out. Lovely trail, not to steep nor too stony.

Detour after Liaset because I felt more like doing the small trail through Singeset than the gravel road. The rain has finally come so it was slow plowing through the wet bogs for about 2km. Slightly sprained my right ankle again on the descent despite being careful. Feels ok afterwards, I ran it off.

Back down I lost the trail a few times, it wasn't marked and I had just a sketch. Great run, very enjoyable though a little longer than I wanted. Lots of wading through rivers and almost exclusively small trails and cross country.

Sonvesasen. New berrypicking record; wild strawberries, blueberries, cloudberries, raspberries and crowberries all in one hike. Full stomach at the end.

Hanguren. Same route as 25-7.

Trail was officially closed until 1st of August because of cable car construction, but looks like it will be longer unfortunately.

Bit too fast in the uphill, legs didn't like me. Downhills better every day; more confidence in my ankles which are getting stronger (doing stability exercises while brushing my teeth), plus practicing a technique where I take smaller steps with my body weight almost always directly under my feet, seems to work well.

Sonvesasen. With Karel. Easy pace, enjoying the views. I like this area more and more; lots of small roads and trails to get lost on, with constantly changing areas of forest and meadows.
