Dryandra. Much better. Too tired to turn the afterburners on, so just jogging really. No major mistakes, just a little lost at no. 7.

Dryandra. Getting into it slowly when I rushed into no. 3 and missed it. Had to relocate by going on to a major track and come back to roughly where I entered the forest block. Still couldn't find it and then heard a rustling in the bushes behind me. Crouched down to see Anthea Feaver approaching, so lay prone to see if she could find it for me. She missed it too, but as I was lying there I turned my head and spotted the flag to my right. Anthea went left and repeated my mistake, so I carefully made my way down, punched and got away before she saw me. From there on floored it and missed 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 10 by a little but corrected in time for Anthea not to catch up. Stretch it out to 2 minutes, but she had started 3 behind so second place
