Fingal Bay Parkrun, 16th. 3rd best parkrun time, best rating - 77.68%. As usual first km felt super easy and things tightened up from there. L calf sore from about 3.5km, but eased off in the afternoon.

Fitzroy Island - White Rock. Saw a turtle! with swallow tail darts, sergeant majors, yellow tail fusilier and pipe fish. Also a small shark causing a fish to jump out of the water.
