Running 40:00 [3]

Running on grass at Churchill Park. Dull pain in left knee with brace on but hurt on downhills. BUT this is probably good news. Threw in a few sprints. WIll try forest running on Wed. so WOC is a go (the relay at least).

Easy indoor cycling with brace (couldn't do it without it on). Lots of icing today and some Vitamin I helped.

Roller skiing with Sudden, Etoile, Suddenfru, Emmanator, and Isak on Waterfront trail. Ankle fine afterwards, knee very sore. Good workout considering I can't run or bike at the moment.

Test run in Churchill Park with new knee strap. Unbearable pain without the strap and dull pain with the strap. Certainly helps so hopefully I can still run WOC.

A very painful 15 minute run in Churchill Park. Left knee kept locking. Conclusion: This ain't a niggly pain this is another (*&(&% injury! Suspected left knee medial meniscus tear.

Indoor cycling. Two sets of 22 minutes with 5 off in between to rest the knee which is really sore.

Treadmill running at PT. Sore knee (meniscus troubles, can't buy a break here). Picked up the pace and no trouble with ankle.

First outdoor running in 5.5 weeks. NO problems with ankle but left knee very sore. Ran on flat even surface. Hope to be able to run on uneven surface before leaving to Sweden.

Running on treadmill at PT. No problems initially but IT band hurt like (*^&(*& afterwards.
