Snowshoe orienteering at Rocky Ridge. This terrain is absolutely AWESOME. Decent powder made for slow running but focussed on reading everything. Together with Griz. OTF is done....finally.

Cycling tempo 45:00 [3]

An attempt at a training day like theShadow has done all winter but I'm too tired for three 90 minute'ish workouts (that's why he is gonna kick ass in Japan). Time to eat popcorn, drink some Coke and watch the Oscars which reminds me, why wasn't Bush nominated for best actor in F911?

Breakin' trail at Chedoke. 60 seconds on, 30 seconds off for 60. Tough workout (took short break at half hour).

Warm-up cool down in golf course and from Mac. Knee is OK and ready to go again.

Escarpment Ralley with Sudden, Snoop, Pillar, and Griz. SNow slowed things down. Felt good though. Knee is fine. 11:25, 12:10, 7:20
