ARK!

KatieMac, Baloney and MrPither made us pay this week. The ladies had us do a plank-off while MrP had us race straight up a 35m hill. My stomach and legs are still paying for it.

Fun time at the start with the local TV station doing a feature on ARK. The wonderful media coverage continues.
