"2nd annual" Devil's Punch Bowl Bruce Trail run with sudden and thegriz. Unfortunately I got my first ever calf cramp just under half way out so hobbled back after that.

[Edit: Dr. Adria's diagnosis: grade 1 or 2 strain of calf] Damn... :(
