ForestFIT in the Papa Gym with AG! “The Aussie” 5 min jog, AMLAP 250m GS loop with 20 squats, burpee penalties all while carrying a 20lb log, 5 min GS jog. AG! did 6 laps. I finished 6 in 20.53. thanks Anvil for the fun workout suggestion. back and legs are already sore
