few lots each lap up to the woodshed

SMT trail and terrain run from Avro Lake with AG! followed by a virtual Gruppetto coffee chat with our AP friends and and slideshow of today’s training.

waddsquad hike to Nine Mike Lake dam and then AG! and I went orienteering on the rock barrens and jogged back to meet Etoile at the car.
