Etoile is on a yoga retreat at a resort so i has to do some yoga on my own. the day slipped away from a training perspective today (though watching a few hours of WOC will do that). -I should have watched while on the spin bike

Clear Lake to 3-Legged Lake takeout. 2.5 minutes slower than our PB but we did an extra 700m of portaging to assist GHOSLO. so we would have likely knocked a few minutes off our 2h20m time from last fall.

Got absolutely soaked in two rain storms
