I have a grant deadline in 39 days. But I can’t start it until late next week. Normally people are given 3.5 months to prep their proposal for this. I’m not pleased about this.

Relaxing 48 hours in Killarney. No bugs, warm water temps, nice breeze and sunny. Mastered the camp stove pizza making!

Figured out the two options for my Killarney 60km route for my 60th birthday. 1443 days to prepare.

A nice getaway.

Started with bushwhack and then followed the old road link to the Carlyle parking lot but really overgrown. Then restarted my watch.

Watch died on return run which included some bushwhacking.

Practiced some more with trekking poles.
