Note
(injured) (sick)

Injured with Covid during such beautiful fall weather and 2.5 weeks from an important career defining grant deadline is super shitty. Not able to work yet but got out of bed for a hike of the partridge and bunny trail. Lots of breaks to rest the knees and just rest in general.

Yoga 10:00 [3]
(sick)

Foga.
Yoga with a foggy brain.

Note
(injured) (sick)

attempted a strength workout and then a spin but fatigue, headaches and sore knees stopped those plans fast. bummer.

good knee update: still sore. patellofemoral issues remain and likely some bursitis too but i’m hopeful that it isn’t a meniscus issue.

Covid! Starr too. Totally sucks. frustrated. angry.
Attending US orienteering races has not been kind to our family this year.

Trekking 5:00 [3] 0.97 km (5:08 / km)
ahr:103 max:111

fastest ever GS 1000m time with Covid and/or wearing PJs. was good to get out of bed. wasn’t good having to tell my parents not to stay here on their way back from Killarney

super frustrating.

I was able to pull myself out of bed for an easy hike at GN to see the new bunny trail progress.

Mobility 10:00 [3]

during a zoom meeting before driving home to Nobel. Not feeling great. Hopefully didn’t pick up a bug in the US

So who is going to play Doug Ford when the Coen brothers make a movie about the PC corruption surrounding the Greenbelt, MZOs, health care etc.

Yoga 10:00 [3]

working out some of the aches.
Right knee (the good knee) is super swollen. hopefully the pain is just swelling related and not a meniscus tear or something worse. I’m starting to think my good knee hit the wooden plank when i fell on the ‘bridge’.

Note

a painful day on my feet at work. sore knees

this is interesting
