My students did a snow survey yesterday at my research site 10 minutes from the Waddtage. Snow depth ranged from
60-130cm with an average depth of 90cm!

trying to sort out the hip flexor issue with so much needed yoga on a beautiful sunny morning. Its been a long time since we have seen this much sun in Nobel. Its encouraging I can do as much snowshoe running as I have without any real knee issues.

No glide skated the uphills and double poled the flats. otter was pretty soft and slow but was fun to explore.

Bought a pair of Craft wind proof ski pants from Parry Sound Bikes just before this workout. Very wise purchase given the temps.

skied the new Moose trail for the first time. it had been packed but then got 15-20cm of fresh powder. i was the first person on the trail and i was lovin it. the new big hill is gonna be popular
