Nice afternoon for a good swim. First 1 km the usual combo no flippers first 100 then the freestyle kick board combo for the next 900. 1:58, 1:47, 2:20, 1:51, 2:18, 1:51, 2:21,1:50, 2:22, 1:49. The I did 200 freestyle then 100 kick board followed by 200 freestyle, 1:49, 1:52, 2:19, 1:51, 1:56. Then last 500 no flippers, 2:04, 2:13, 2:15, 2:13, 2:05.

Managed to get this this swim in before the storm hit. Usual combo. 1:59, 1:51, 2:20, 1:53, 2:12, 1:52, 2:15, 1:50, 2:10, 1:52, 2:13, 1:53, 2:21, 1:47, 2:03. Last lap no flippers.

Felt lethargic this afternoon but got on the pool and noticed my watch only had 13 free spots for the lap memory so decided that would be enough for today. Usual mix first and last 100 no flippers then the rest flippers/kick board alternating. 2:00, 1:46, 2:17, 1:55, 2:17, 1:51, 2:15, 1:51, 2:08, 1:52, 1:49(F/s),1:50(f/s), 2:03. Kick board laps seemed slower today.
