Body Attack 1:00:00 [5]

Really felt up for it this morning despite having done Pump first. Did tire during the class, but finally am getting there with track 9.

Body Pump 1:00:00 [5]

Didn't feel so bad today during class despite not having done Pump since last Saturday. The lunge track is definitely one of the easiest there has been - legs didn't feel too bad by the end, which is very unusual! Still think I need to do a second session each week.

Body Combat 1:00:00 [5]

Good work out this morning. Seem to have recovered from last night.

Body Attack warm up/down 1:00:00 [5]

Paul was there tonight and did the session jointly with Sam. Somehow you always want to go just that bit further with effort when he takes the class! Must admit I did work hard tonight, but as I'm trying to lose weight I should be doing that anyway, without a gay man encouraging me to exercise harder!!

Body Attack 1:00:00 [4]

Another mixed session as again the floor was slipery. I quite like the mixture, although I miss the Attack track 8. The abs track really makes you work, and doing double leg extensions certainly works the stomach muscles!

Body Combat 1:00:00 [5]

Sassi's back!! She is making up for time away. She worked us very hard tonight and boy did we know mit. I'm sure she snuck in some extra tracks as I was exhausted byhthe end. Hope I recover in time for her class at 9.30am tomorrow!!

Orienteering race 1:10:21 [4]

Green course at BAOC Longmoor event. Bad start when I didn't realise or find the Emit block on the far side of the wooden post at my first control. Assumed I was in wrong place and went for a wander before I came back to same place and found unit on the other side of the post. Doh!! Going to 4 veered off to SW and crawled up and then back down huge hill full of deep gullys before eventually finding my re-entrant miles away! Couple of steep climbs, into 6 and 12. Veered onto wrong path coming out of 12, but relocated and took alternative, but longer route to 13. Enjoyed the run, despite the freezing cold. There was still snow on the ground in a few places near Registration.

Body Attack 1:00:00 [4]

First time I've tried doing Attack as well as go orienteering the same day. Had rested up since we got back home and didn't find it too bad. The last two cardio tracks were hard, especially the jumping knee work. But I coped and will try again next week.

Body Combat 1:00:00 [5]

So good to have Sassy back from hoilday. She worked us extra hard - "tro make up for any slcking while she was away"! Felt as if my arms were going to drop off in the shoulder track, but that was nothing compared to when we were doing speed ball moves! The second part of the abs track is tough - it really hurts my neck.

Body Attack warm up/down 45:00 [4]

For the sedcond time recently the floor was very slippery and Sam abandoned Attack at the beginning of track 2. Instead we did tracks froDon't know what the new lad thought of it all. I really think they'll have to alter the time as there were only 6 there today.

Studio Cycling 1:00:00 [5]

We deid some slighlty different tracks today, but worked extra hard as Sam had put in an extra hill climb track which was very tough. Found my saddle cover had slipped by the end which was perhaps why I was feeling it rather!!

Orienteering race 46:32 [5]

Compass Sport Trophy event at Hampton Ridge. The forest was very wet under foot due to the vast amount of rain we have had this last week. Therefore marshes were bigger/wider/deeper. This was my reason for going so far to the east for number 1. Then mistook the feature a control I'd spotted was on and ended up at the number 1 on the Green Course. After that got my brain in gear for a couple of controls until I stopped way too short for number 3 having gone around the top of a vast re-entrant instead of going straight! Rest of course was very easy, just a slog up to the penultimate control and then down onto a ditch just to get striaght back p again. Was 2nd on the CST resuts when I left.
