Goodwin then out with Nic, Shminty, Ralph, Steve (who decided we would run fast for the warm up) and PeteW through stables, lotties and along the top of Rivelin then down Blackbrook to the Coppice track for...

2x(5x 60secs up, 30secs jog back down) up the coppice track.

Although we had a 6min break halfway to get back to the bottom, too much faffing occurred. Ate too much for lunch but ye olde legs felt good.
