Not logged - I started to warm up at lakeside, and there were LAX spectators there so I decided that I would do my run later, so I would have a clean track. And the ref got a little mad at me for reasons unknown to me.

The 400 was significantly faster than it was supposed to be (:88)... I was supposed to be 42-43 pace for the 200s so they were pretty good. The first one I didn't quite get into the pace fast enough because I went into them straight from my warmup.
