Was feeling really cold after last night's race, and wasn't sure if it was really cold or whether I was getting ill, early night managed to prevent anything. Work is shit, life is busy and I'm completely lacking in motivation for anything atm so another day of nothing.

Hyde Park race, 5.3km. Legs still felt very lacking, and HR backs up the fact I felt was blowing out of my arse. Tried to concentrate on good control flow, but the map (lack of detail and 1:10000 scale) caught me out a few times as did not reading my descriptions. A few bananas and one 'mistake' where I went the wrong way round to 10 and got caught out by the fences, otherwise pretty clean.
