Spent best part of an hour hunting for my SI card (quite important) and compass (not at all important, but expensive, and yet to be used in anger) which have gone awol, so gave up on going orienteering, took myself out to centennial park to do hills for punishment and make up for the last couple of days.

13 * ~60s reps in from Grand Drive/Hamilton to just over Carrington, not the toughest stretch for reps, but around 200m with a bit of sand in the middle and a couple of steep banks at the finish to keep you pushing on.
