Was planning on starting training properly once home but felt good yesterday so thought this would be a nice gentle introduction

Each rep was a lap of Blakemere at delamere. Nice gravel/hard packed trail with a couple of undulations. Feeling pretty good until the last one which was definitely above threshold.

My dad printed off a small score from maprun on an open bit of Formby so went round that. Pretty easy but nice to run fastish with a map.

Fun day in the lakes with Laura. From Langdale up the valley, Esk Hause, Great End, Scafell Pike, Scafell (via foxes tarn) then back down same way, down cam spout and straight across and up to three tarns before dropping down the band.

Never done either of the Scafell peaks so nice to tick them off but in no hurry to head back as was busy, slow and rocky. Enjoyed our return route a lot though.
