The Wrekin - Green course 3.7km 210m climb
Very icy on the north side and sheet ice on top. Rock descents in the north side were so treacherous - running out of the question for most of the course. Slipped and landed on my l.buttock bone on a rock, very painful now . Think I got a decent result despite twice missing a simple control where the flag was hidden on a not very distinct tree.
