Another trip out to East Lothian, this time to meet my parents who I hadn't seen since Christmas (and Sept/Oct before that). Met Mum at Prestonpans then cycled along the coast to Longniddry then across to Haddington to meet Dad who'd cycle from Duns. Then all together back to the coast via lots of little country roads before I headed back into the city. Good day and still feeling happy enough on the bike at the end.

Sprint training not in Edinburgh :D! Fun to train on a different area, going well apart from when the white around a number showed a gap which didn't exist. Good to practice running hard on tired legs.

Balerno loop. Felt like 45mins of potholes for 15mins of countryside, I miss home! Still fun in the sun with Rona spotting lambs and broke up a busy day at work.
