Trail Runnning 4:40:00 [1] 46.5 km (6:01 / km) +1700m 5:05 / km
shoes: SLAB 3 Custom

Second long run w/ Zoolander - this time around the Telephone Loop + Moose Mountain = big day! I know - I know...How could I possibly run back to back days with the guy? Well, I just stole a few gels from his pack when he wasn't looking and his energy quickly faded - turned into a fantastic long quiet run in the Rockies ;)

Great prep for Death Race!

Trail Runnning 1:30:00 [1] 15.0 km (6:00 / km)
shoes: SLAB 3 Custom

First run since UXC...felt like ass, but I suppose that's normal at this point. Brain wasn't firing on all cylinders either...tripped on a gravel bike path, and straight onto my palms...ouch!

First 'real' workout since Sat's race...feeling ok - a bit of residual fatigue. Left knee still bruised, but otherwise, body is good.
