Great hike/bushwack up a steep 'hill' behind our campground in the Livingston...Steep up, steep down...beautiful views.

Solid run with speedster JD, in town on a little biz...nice to show a 'roadie' my neck of the woods...
Knee was getting a little 'limpy' at the end of the run, but not bad considering I couldn't walk 3 days ago! Another few days and I should be back in gear-

Knee is finally feeling better - still running with a bit of a limp, but I suppose that's normal...

First time doing Pilates - got worked...Really good at identifying my mechanical/muscular imbalances - Like I needed more confirmation that my body is f'ed up!

Either way, I'm definitely going to incorporate lots of this in my training next spring/summer

Short cruise around town as the knee continues to mend - Massage worked wonders today - incredible how much muscle damage CDR did on my quads...
