Yes well I seem to have disregarded the 45 min time limit. A little stutter at the start technologically speaking but after that I seemed to disregard minor points, get disappointed in my route choice so in attempting to compensate I took a few further controls worth lots more in order to make up for previous indiscretions. And I wasn't the only one. Despite the fact that I would usually feel quite angry with myself and despondent I was quite happy at the end. I thought I'd be 5-8 mins late, but noticeably slowed near the end with sore ankle affecting my capacity to "run".

Newly introduced class (in timetable, not type) hence just the 2 diehard fans and people who read emails! Still very wary of ankle and Achilles so a bit of modification for some moves but it took all of 45 seconds for the endorphins to kick in. Happy days. Task for rest of week - harass people to come to this class.

Mostly strength but with 1.5 sectors of cardio. L ankle still weird and so needed to modify side jumps but attempted (and completed) forward box jumps. Still don't feel comfortable with offset landing - a bit of weakness but no pain.
Format: 3 exercises 8 rep 90 sec; 6 rep 60 sec;4 rep 45 sec interspersed with cardio eg burpees, running.
Time went quickly but need to count didn't totally stop me from obsessing over the current family heartache.

Still trying to switch mind off and didn't think i succeeded. However I think I did actually "nod" off so that 30 sec or so is beneficial.

Roger back on deck after his "medical episode" prior to Christmas. Good class but he was puffing a bit himself.Liked the kinetic sections.
