Note

IMLS - Checked my HR Monitor and for IMLS my max was 177, avg was 155. This was 20 BPM higher than planned. Simply could not get the HR to come down out of the water. I had not been on the bike enough due to a neuroma, and when I was on the bike it was with flat peddles. Need to get back to serious bike workouts and raise the time on bike.
