Wasnt concentrating at no.1, so that was a bit slow. For 2,3,4,5&6, i visualised the contours pretty well and that was probably the best part of the course tbh. Then i lost focus near the circle at 7(~3mins) and found it harder to run-it was pretty yucky underfoot and my calves were quite sore
Wheezing waay too much still :( lost ~6.5 mins altogether, mostly in the second half

out past tesco, through crathes, past the milton and back along the river. was faster than i had planned, but i guess that was because a lot of it was on roads.
Kept on getting pins and needles in my feet; i think that was due to my shoes maybe? oh well..
also saw my guidance teacher when i was running up arbeadie road which was super embarrassing and meant that i had to run fast up the hill right at the end

started off okay but messed up number 3 and after about number 5 i got cramp in my legs which was so painful :( made like 14 mins of mistakes altogether which is so bad. not sure why i got cramp cos i stretched loads and everything but oh well

Did running drills the whole time..(was actually quite good to do stretches etc) Tilly was like a mud bath and it rained really heavily! Not fun :( but on the plus side, that was probably my last ever pe lesson yay!

Havent done excercise in forever..lazy bones. So just went from home, up the hill, round the woods and back. Really enjoyed it! Took a minute rest in the middle to stretch and breathe because my lungs were about to explode even though it wasnt very hard at all...(not included in time though)

not feeling great beforehand, wanted to just do my own thing and not just follow everyone else.
the first two controls were really clumsy and slow but after that I really enjoyed it and went round (slower than I would have liked) but with like no hesitations. course was pretty easy but I enjoyed it even if I didn't do as well as i would have liked

Had a really long warm up, led by Alex, and did loads of stretching which really helped my legs!! Yay!
made mistakes on 1,2,7,10,11 and this ulverston girl followed me from 1-finish :/
Quite pleased with result, considering its not my best run :) (but far from my worst run)

also got my championship time today which I'm happy about cos I would like to get selected for the kincraig tour, if I'm lucky

Wasnt feeling great and everytime i ran. Kept on coughing and struggled to breathe. Some people have said i might have athsma so im going to get it checked out.messed up some controls which i shouldnt have and really slow. Afterwards i like couldnt breathe :/

big hill was harder(probs cos of being ill) but managed to get a decent pace on the way back. lungs etc felt a lot better, but still not great grr
