SYO evening event, Redmires.
Short Blue course 5.0km.
Cruised round the lovely runnable woods. Only mistake was leaving one control in wrong direction. Nice.

High Neb from Chapper's house in Hathersage. Tough climb up to Stanage Edge (19 mins). 35 mins to High Neb, then got a bit lost on way back to Hathersage. Finally feeling like running strongly again.

Had aspirations to go much further but my body wasn't having it. All I could manage was a slow shuffle around Digley. No aches or pains, just tiredness from last week still.
Achilles settling down OK but no sense in pushing it so took the bike option. Huddersfield, Buckstones, Denshaw, Greenfield, Saddleworth Moor.

Managed a few plyometrics on top of usual eccentric/concentric exercises, but Achilles still a little too sore to do the full compliment.
Must get back into the routine of these exercises!
