Orienteering Meet race 2:34:00 [5] **** 14.0 km (11:00 / km) +440m 9:30 / km

The annual 3-hour Turkey Score O hosted by SLOC. This event is usually an awesome event and today was no different. The map is 22 years old and still pretty damn good. I swept the course in 2:34 and looking at the total k, knew it would be a sweep. Dave Frie broke 2 hours for first and Eric B did 2:09 for 2nd. I took my old place of 3rd behind these awesome performers. The woods were awesome, somewhat overgrown for pure white woods in spots. The rock ground was all over but not too bad, I just fell a couple of time with no damage. Poor Chitown, he mis- marked his map in a parallel error. Oh that really missed him up.
Stop at the Tap room for some nice beers and a sandwich. After that I happen to stop again, oh thats another story.

I am not going to call this a race because I was too hungover to push it.
I am not sure what I was thinking but I did have tickets for a Susan Tedeshi last night. I did not have much of a dinner and I drank 3 long island ice teas. Not really race ready.

Ride to registar for 10K in Kenosha. Ok it started at 40 degrees and by the time I got home it was 30. One point I heard waves lapping up on theshore of Lake Michigan. That ws kinda nice for the brief moment.
Winter bike dress and it worked perfect.

Ok I hooked up with an old friend and showed him I could still play.

Slow run at Parkside, it had almost enough snow to ski.
