ROC Meet at Powder Mills - Green course
Didn't completely fall apart at 3 miles like last time, but did get uncomfortable and had to do extra walking.

Second control was placed way off, so didn't find it - Dick had been looking for a few minutes before I got there. He missed 3, so I got ahead, but he "flew" by me on the next leg which was all trail. C7 was also way off, so Dick hadn't found it as I was approving, but I happened to spot it when he said he didn't find it.

Then it was off to Luke's track meet, where he took 17 seconds off his mile PR, running 5:04, with both of his big brothers watching.

Went over to Eastside for the Masters workout, and it was a good choice. The people there were about my speed and so I swam longer and faster than usual (3500 yds vs 2200 yds being longest recent swim)
