Felt under the weather so took it easy. Some adlibbing mid-course to maximise the lushest forest.
Forerunner gave average HR of 145 and max 168 based on wrist rather than strap.

2.5 mins at most, some finding controls when I was "there".
Some lovely open forest that was too good not to red through even if the parallel path was possibly quicker.
Felt almost normal, partly due to speedwork awakening calf muscles. Suspect I'd be on another level without afib.
Average HR highest was ever for a 50 min effort and above my normal THR.

Saw chiro (Sarah) after run. Upper back tight, glutes lazy (exercise), SI joint more mobile afterwards.
