Should be more like 2:40-2:50/km.
Yeah, I misinterpreted it as 400m at 5km pace. Didn't know better, but I do now. Next time will hurt a suitable amount I should think.
Problem with not being a true runner - I've got no idea when it comes to this sort of thing.
